OBJECTIVE: To report a case of recurrent acute suppurative thyroiditis (AST) caused by a piriform sinus fistula (PSF).
METHODS: We review the related literature and describe the clinical presentation, diagnostic evaluation, and management of a patient with recurrent AST due to PSF.
