    Secretory adenocarcinomas of the endometrium are uncommon tumors distinct from clear cell carcinomas. We reviewed nine cases that included the original endometrial curettings and the specimens of uteri with both adnexa [total abdominal hysterectomy-bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy (TAH-BSO)].
